Day-to-day duties
The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Calling learners to check eligibility for contracts and sending out EOI forms
- Helping the manager update the referral tracker and reporting to partners
- Mapping areas for new contracts (full training will be given) This will involve telephone calls
- Receiving and handling phone calls & dealing with customers
- Setting up DBS checks
- Sending out learner incentives
- Undertaking administrative procedures
- Compiling, maintaining and updating records
- Undertaking general financial administration (updating/creating spreadsheets, reviewing and processing reimbursements)
- Providing general administration support to ensure efficient operations such as completing standard forms and responding to routine correspondence
- Producing information data as required, this includes organising documents in relevant files accessible by only those necessary
- Operating relevant equipment/ICT packages (MS Office)
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- An understanding of administrative work
- Willingness to participate in training and development
- Can plan and organise efficiently and to deadlines
- Proficient communication skills applicable within an office environment or during any period of remote working
- A very good telephone manner

Desired Qualifications
(REQUIRED)
- GCSE Grades C or above in Maths and English or equivalent (Level 2 Functional Skills)
- Has lived in the EU for the last 3 years
Training within the role:
Level 3 in Business Administration
