Marketing Executive


My client is an Investment Management company who work in partnership with Financial Advisers, Wealth Managers and Family Offices to create and deliver innovative investment solutions for their clients.

They are looking for a creative, skilled and ambitious individual to join their small but fast paced marketing team.

You will report into the Head of Marketing where your voice WILL be heard, and you will have the opportunity to express your personalityand ideas.


Marketing Executive job functions

  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and products at Strategic Partnership (SP) events
  • Provide support for Strategic Partnerships Managers, specifically coordinating marketing activities and events, including logistics, design and merchandise.
  • Manage responsibilities and liaise between Marketing/Sales Support/Strategic Partnerships and communicate delivery strategy based on planned activity
  • Represent the marketing function at earlystage SP planning meetings to ensure effective communication back to the team
  • Manage the feedback loop between Marketing/ Sales Support/ Strategic Partnerships Brand
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Manage merchandise, including costs and stock, and direct mailing campaigns or delivery to events
  • Influence and source brand imagery
  • Manage and coordinate central brand campaigns
  • Manage company level award submissions and events General
  • Create and project manage new internal processes to streamline workflows
  • Facilitate and encourage effective communication between teams
  • Facilitate and track the approval of team invoices
