***Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a polite and courteous manner? Do you have a strong customer focus with the ability to respect confidentiality?

We are currently seeking a receptionist at Stokesley Leisure Centre.


What we need from you:

  • To create a great first impression that positively represents the council
  • Be helpful and professional whilst handling a range of customer communications channels
  • To control the safe and secure access to the centre and effectively handle the pointofsale system, including bookings, payments, and sales
  • Make every effort to assist the customer or find a colleague that can, in the event you are unable to.
  • Have excellent administrative skills, be well organised and flexible.
  • Be sales focused
