***Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a polite and courteous manner? Do you have a strong customer focus with the ability to respect confidentiality?

We are currently seeking a receptionist at Stokesley Leisure Centre.

What we need from you:

To create a great first impression that positively represents the council
Be helpful and professional whilst handling a range of customer communications channels
To control the safe and secure access to the centre and effectively handle the pointofsale system, including bookings, payments, and sales
Make every effort to assist the customer or find a colleague that can, in the event you are unable to.
Have excellent administrative skills, be well organised and flexible.
Be sales focused
