VALUATION MANAGER WANTED FOR INDEPENDENT AGENT IN ROCHESTER

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH ESTABLISHED COMPANY

BASIC SALARY TO £25,000 DOE OTE £40/45,000

My client, a well-known reputable independent Estate Agent in the area
, are looking for a motivated and adaptable
SALES VALUER/LISTER to join their successful team.

Key duties:

Cold calling
Door knocking
Previous lead follow ups
Canvassing
Regular mail outs
Valuing/listing
Figure reporting directly to the Director
Booking valuations appointments
Communicating and working closely with the sales team

Requirements:

Good communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Valuation experience
Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
Team player
Selfmotivated and hardworking
Keen interest in the property industry
Able to work under pressure
Wellpresented and professional appearance
Good attention to detail and organised
Customer focused
