CUH is looking for experienced and reliable individuals to deliver administrative services in all patient facing and non-patient areas across the Trust.

The centralised recruitment process is designed to match your skills and experience to a suitable role.

You will be a significant member of staff in ensuring the efficiency of administrative operations within the service or department.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent accuracy and attention to detail and be proficient in the use of a variety of IT packages.

An excellent communicator, you will be adept at building relationships with service users and staff at all levels, contributing to the development and implementation of processes, projects and initiatives.


If you prefer the flexibility of working in temporary placements, you also have the opportunity of registering on the Staff Bank via the centralised recruitment process.


A range of training and educational opportunities are available for all staff, designed to support personal development and career progression.

The Trust is launching a brand new administrative academy induction programme designed specifically to support and orientate new staff with the essential information and skills needed for a smooth transition in joining the CUH family.

You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and running of the department or service.

You will often be the first point of contact for the department and will be required to communicate in a professional and courteous manner.

Tasks may include writing, presenting and distributing information, line managing and supporting other team members, and coordinating a broad range of administrative activities.
