Currie Solutions are recruiting for a
Night Shift Customer Service Advisor to join their Team in Ecclefechan.


As our Night Shift Customer Service Advisor you will liaise with all departments, sub-contractors and customers in order to ensure smooth transition of data and information between them all.

You will work Monday-Friday (20:00-06:00).


You will be responsible for managing sub-contractor relationships to ensure they are providing the expected service levels to the business.


The job:


  • To manage data flows between departments, subcontractors and customers.
  • To ensure the all relevant information is relayed to all affected areas.
  • Plan vehicles and allocate drivers.
  • Respond accordingly to incidents and changes throughout the night.
  • Provide a handover to the day shift customer service team.
  • Ensure that our Traffic Management System contains both accurate pricing and accurate costs.
  • Compile/complete relevant reports

Experience/ qualifications and skills required:


  • Ability to work in a fast pace, ever changing environment.
  • Good understanding/knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with night shift working (20:0006:00)

Additional skills preferred:

Preference will be given to applicants with previous Customer Service, or similar, experience
