Description

The London Borough of Enfield is seeking to recruit an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join it's Private rented Housing Team.

The post holder will have direct contact with members of the public who report incidents of Crime and ASB and will manage a varied caseload of all priority levels impacting mainly on the private rented sector.

The post-holder will work closely with other agencies within the crime and disorder partnership including working with Police.

The post holder will also be working with statutory agencies including adult social care, mental health services, substance misuse and youth services to support vulnerable adults and young people at risk of exploitation or engaging in ASB.

The role will also work with community groups and specialist support services.


The post holder will also have a high commitment to customer satisfaction and demonstrate a quality service through performance targets and use of IT systems.

On occasions you may be required to work outside normal office hours.
