Our client, a well-established legal practice placed in the heart of West Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal.

Study Support

Your Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Private Client your role will include:

Providing a high level of Legal Support to a team of fee earners
Assisting on a busy caseload of Private Client Matters
Drafting Wills
Undertaking Administration of Estates
Managing Lasting Powers of Attorney Queries
Processing Court of Protection Applications.
Dealing with Trusts and Probate Matters.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will:

Be able to demonstrate experience of Administration of Estates
Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Have the proven ability to draft Wills.
Be able to progress Court of Protection Applications.
Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal is essential.
