Are you looking for something different? Bored of the humdrum 9 to 5 or simply looking for a change in scenery?

We're currently recruiting for an Operator to join our Asphalt team based in our Leaton Quarry.


What you'll be doing:


  • Working in the batching office where you'll learn to run the weighbridge
  • Operating heavy machinery to support our Asphalt operations
  • Supporting your team members in a fastpaced environment
  • Helping us to ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety policy and regulations, including manual handling and safe systems of work guidelines
  • Adhering to best Practice Health & Safety guidelines
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices ensuring all work areas are kept clean and tidy
We operate a rotating shift pattern over 2 weeks as follows;

Shift - 5am to 3pm Monday, 5am to 2.30pm Tuesday to Friday

Shift - 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 6pm on Friday

Weekend work will be available and any hours worked will be paid as overtime.
