Customer Service Advisor

Bedford - office based


Our well-known client who are the UKs leading company within their field, are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join them on a temporary basis initially, after succesful probation period their is an opportunity for you to move onto a temporary to permanent contract which may include homeworking.


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (occasional Saturday when required)


Salary:
Starting at £10.90 per hour


Duties:


  • Dealing with online queries
  • Booking appointments
  • Calling customers

The person:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Happy to work within an office
