What's involved with this role:

Contract to start on until with a possible extension.


Key Duties:


  • To identify, develop, and implement service improvements for Employee Relations team e.g, support the design of coaching and training modules for line managers, enhance professional employee relations practice in the ER team and foster a "one team" approach with other HR teams.
  • To assist Employee Relations Manager analyse, record, and utilise employee relations statistics and data to improve employee relations practice.
  • To supervise Employee Relations Specialists and Employee Relations Advisers.
CIPD qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience is
REQUIRED.

£26.71 per hour
