Hyreus Recruitment have opportunities Legionella Risk Assessors in and around the Slough area.

Key Responsibilities:

Surveying of air and water quality, carrying out various assessments, including Legionella and Ventilation risk assessments in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8.

Establish compliance and benchmark systems against the industry standards as appropriate.

Liaise with customers and representatives to agree an appropriate plan of action if their site does not meet L8 practice.

Main KPI's:

Risk Assessment reports to meet the compliance audit requirement.

Risk Assessment reports to be completed and made available to support manager.

Remedial information to be completed on 100% of L8RA's produced.

Site compliance issues are always reported with recommendations.

Role Specific Functions:

Liaising with clients/customers to arrange site visits, details of work.

Organising appropriate equipment necessary and ensuring all equipment is functional and within calibration limits.

In conjunction with the Stores/Workshop Manager, is responsible for ensuring that all general and specialised equipment is maintained in a serviceable condition.

Legionella Risk Assessments, Temperature Monitoring, Service Inspections i.e. Tank Cleaning, TMV Servicing, Closed Loop testing etc.

Ventilation Surveys in accordance with BS EN 15780 / TR19 (training if required).

Viso system experience ability to produce schematic drawings (training where required).

Liaising with client/site regarding progress/issues.

Ensuring any progress issues or problems on site are communicated immediately.

Daily communication on progress with jobs for the day.

Information to be recorded in full via compliance system.

Writing up reports, entering site data and forming conclusions/recommendations.

Supporting other team members.

Adhere to Company Code of Conduct (Ref: POL037) at all times.

Take responsibility for ensuring that their job is completed within the allotted costs.
