A highly reputable, world leading Fire Safety Organization are looking for a driven Facilities Manager to join their fantastic team in the heart of the Cotswolds.


The Facilities Manager Role


The successful Facilities Manager will be joining a dynamic, forward thinking Fire Safety Organisation and will be expected to work collaboratively in a team of 26 people in a Fire Testing Lab.


The Facilities Manager will be expected to carry out a mixture of duties, such as maintaining the Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules for the laboratories, generating reports, managing the risks associated with the maintenance of facilities and providinginput into the FPA management systems.


This is a brilliant opportunity for a self-motivated Facilities Manager who is looking for career development and the ambition to grow within the organization.


The Facilities Manager

  • Ideally experience in Hard facilities management and soft facilities management
  • Would be beneficial to have a Level 4 Diploma in the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management
  • Team player
  • Eager to play a key role in expansion
  • Commercially aware
  • Strong communicator
  • Good problem solving, organisational and administrative skills.
