Credit Controller - Chiswick, W4 - £28,000 to £30,000

My client, an award-winning & leading agency, are currently seeking someone to join their team working as a Credit controller supporting the Property Management and Letting support team.

This role is great for someone that wants to be part of a fast-paced environmentwith excellent training and career progression available.

Responsibilities

Ensure intervals are hit to ensure any court proceedings would be successful
When required, attend court proceeding to provide evidence in cases where a tenant is being evicted for rent arrears
Advise landlords of rent arrears and keep them informed until payment received
Provide landlords with clear explanation of procedures, timings, and available options

Skills & Experience

You wouldn't be required to have Property related experience, but debt collection or credit control experience would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Enthusiastic and motivated
