Job purpose

To provide essential administration support to the Recruitment and wider HR team ensuring the successful sourcing and efficient on boarding of new employees.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparing new starter documentation including contracts and offer letters
Booking and coordinating interviews
Taking minutes and preparing agendas for internal meetings

Experience & Knowledge:

Previous HR/Recruitment experience is desirable
Previous administration experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proactive and able to manage own workload
