Part time: hours per week, ideally 4 hours per day for 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities of a Part Time Administrator
- Answering incoming calls
- Tracking orders through TNT & DHL
- Administration of Shopify
- Despatching goods from Sage
- Working with Zoho database
- Debtor chasing
- Monthly statements
- Filing
- Insurance (annual)
- Office admin stationery, servicing, utility contracts
- Office logistics
Essential
- Excellent numerical and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of databases
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
- Full, clean driving licence
- Proactive, problem solving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Sage
- Living within a 30 minute drive of Byfleet
