Due to the group's continued success, we are looking for ambitious, enthusiastic people to join our team of Corporate Finance Deal Executives at our modern head offices in Bolton.


About the Role
As one of our Corporate Finance Deal Executives your duties will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients (SME's)
  • Regular communication with clients and potential acquirers
  • Negotiating offers and complex deals
  • Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
  • Researching and identifying potential acquirers
  • Building relationships with clients, trade acquirers, private equity investors and other professional advisers

About You:


Key skills & experience required for the role are:

  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own time effectively in a deadline-orientated environment, in an often highly pressurised environment
  • IT literate experience using basic Microsoft package essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
  • Love meeting new people and building longlasting relationships
  • Financial services experience and / or an understanding of business and finance
  • Full driving licence is preferable.
