Fantastic opportunity for a Insurance Administrator for one of the largest insurance companies in the UK. This role comes with an expectation of progression within the claims department post 12 months.

The Insurance Administrator will be responsible for supporting with settling property claims.

In return, the Insurance Administrator will expect a salary up to £23,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Removing hurdles, getting to the root cause of issues, and taking responsibility to resolve problems
  • Keeping the policyholder informed of any progression with their claim
  • Supporting with handling/ settling property claims mainly domestic in nature
Skills & Requirements

  • Administration experience is vital
  • Insruance background is preferable
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs
