Description

Our Client, a leading integrated provider of safety and regulatory compliance services has a requirement for an Interim Finance Director to assist with the integration of a newly acquired business.

It is essential the individual appointed has recent experienceof post-acquisition work at a Finance Director level therefore understanding the unique complexities of this type of assignment.


Key accountabilities will include ensuring that appropriate financial information and insight is delivered to the senior management team in a timely manner, executing strategies for growth and business efficiencies, mitigating risk, producing five year businessplans, working with the wider group finance team in utilising reporting systems, facilitating accurate monthly reporting, ensuring best practice for AP/AR processing, ensuring robust financial controls are in place, finalising statutory accounts, liaisingwith auditors and expert tax teams, providing financial plans for new business development and coaching the existing finance team.
