Description

Job Title:
Order Processor


Duties:


  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, and pricing
  • Enter order information into the system and ensure all required fields are completed
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details or resolve any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory and shipping, to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders processed
  • Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues related to orders

Experience:


  • Previous experience in order processing or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
