EL/PL Fee Earners

HOURS:
Full Time, Hybrid

Location:
Manchester

Salary:
£25K - £45K DOE

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

Handling a Pre Litigated and Litigated Caseload of EL/PL files.
Writing letters and negotiating settlement s
Drafting witness statements
Review medical reports
Issue court proceedings
Client communication

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Full working knowledge of CPR and JC guidelines
Experience running your own litigated caseload
Excellent written and communication skills

Solic Background of runnign your own EL/PL Files
