Workforce Management Planner
Bristol

Up to £50,000 p/a

Our client is now looking for a talented and motivated Workforce Management Planner to join their team.


Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operational teams and ensuring workload and staffing requirements are met.

Daily duties will include:

  • Implementing and forecasting short, medium, and longterm plans for Operations
  • Using appropriate tools to provide insightful commentary, making and tracking recommendations
  • Undertaking "planned vs actual" analysis and carrying out detailed root cause analysis to improve planning efficiency
  • Ensuring planning processes adhere to operational management framework
  • Making and driving recommendations on best use of operational resource, operational efficiencies, and leakage opportunities
  • Facilitating the production of actionable performance MI
  • Leading the utilisation of internal systems to assist with intraday planning, liaising with Operations Managers to ensure new trends and issues are identified and dealt with effectively

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven stakeholder management and communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills including influencing and negotiation at all levels
  • Experience in medium and longterm forecasting and capacity planning
  • Exposure to working with Workforce Optimisation tools
  • Experience working within a capacity planning role across a back office environment
  • At least 2 years working within an analysisbased role

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
