We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Control Supervisor to join a busy team within a leading business This is one for those who want to work with a genuinely friendly bunch and possibly work toward a professional qualification.

Up to £35k

Hybrid working (2 days wfh)

22 days AL + BH + buy extra holiday

CICM study support

Free onsite parking


Experience of managing a team's workload and meeting deadlines and SLAs is essential as is the ability to motivate and encourage progression and knowledge in your team.

This is a busy department and working with accuracy and attention to detail at a busypace is required.


Knowledge & experience required:


  • Accounts receivable experience essential
  • Experience of managing a team desirable
  • Flexible approach to working hours especially at month/year end
  • Intermediate Excel skills essential
  • Demonstrate experience of working with internal customers at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Experience of using and creating pivot tables and lookups is desirable
  • ICM level 3 (or studying towards) would be desirable
