We specialise in companionship led care for older people to help them to remain living well at home.

We have a particular expertise in supporting people living with dementia and are recognised by health care professionals as a leading local provider for clients living with this condition.

You do not need to have worked in care to join Home Instead.

Job Description:


We require people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a difference to the quality of life for our clients.

Our highly respected Care Professionals are at the heart of what we do, providing the very best home care and helping us elevate the care experience.

We will carefully match you to our clients, in your local community, and you will support them to live happy, independent lives by providing:

  • Companionship and help around the home
  • Preparation and support with meals
  • Prompting and assisting your client with their medication
  • Supporting with personal care and to get dressed
  • Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips

_ Home Instead are unique in the care industry as all our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. We believe that this time is needed for you to establish meaningful relationships with your clients and make a REAL difference to their lives everyday_


As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and 24/7 support from our office team.


  • Excellent rates of pay,
    £ £14.

30 per hour:


  • All visits are a minimum of an hour
  • Paid mileage 45p per mile
  • Paid shadowing visits
  • Ongoing support
  • Start your care career with us and benefit from award winning training, including Care Certification, City & Guilds Dementia Training and Parkinson's Disease specialist training

Qualifications:

Drivers license is preferred.

No previous experience is needed, we will provide you with full training and ongoing support.
