We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervising social worker to oversee 6 foster families in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. The salary package is very good of up to £45,000 + car allowance of £2500.This role is office based with some flexibility with home-working from time to time. The agency is a family-run that uses a holistic very focused approach.
As a supervising social worker you will be responsible for offering support to the carers and childrenbut also supervision, writing form F assessments, recruitment, developing and training to foster carers.
