**HR Advisor x2
Our client, an exceptional Local Authority in is seeking to recruit two HR Advisor's. Please be aware that you would be expected to work on a **hybrid

and
flexible

basis within a
West Midlands county

and beable to
advise on a range of HR casework independently.


Rate of Pay:

- £17-£19ph (Umbrella Inside IR35)
  • Negotiable dependant on experience

Hours:


  • Full Time (35hrs)

Duration:


  • 3 months (likely extensions)

Location:


  • Hybrid working

Requirements:

  • Able to advise on a range of HR casework independently
  • Level 5 CIPD qualified (or working towards)
  • Local Government experience (Desirable)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing advice and played a major role in work reviews and change processes
  • Suggesting new HR technology solutions to improve daytoday operations
  • Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations
  • Researching and recommending performance evaluation methods (e.g. employee appraisal systems)
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
  • Supporting the HR manager with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
  • Acting as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members


This is an excellent opportunity which will provide you with continual learning and development experiences gained from a diverse and interesting caseload.

There will also be the opportunity to get involved in HR policy development.
