An excellent opportunity for a Payroll Team Leader to join a leading education organisation based in the heart of London.

A prestigious higher education organisation in London.


Description

The Payroll Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 4 Payroll Officers
  • Liaising closely with the Pensions and Payroll Admin teams
  • Ensuing all new starters and leavers procedures are accurately completed
  • They will review current processes and propose ways to make improvements

Profile


The successful Payroll Team Leader will have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate good attention to detail.

Previous exposure to working in the Education sector is preferred but not essential.

Ideally you will have good experience developing and managing a team.


It is essential that you are a strong communicator and maintain full working knowledge so you are able to deal with questions and queries effectively.


Job Offer


The salary for the successful Payroll Team Leader is £34,000 - £40,000 dependant on previous exposure plus excellent benefits including an attractive pension and hybrid working.
