Reporting to the Lead Agent & Airside Duty Manager.

Delivering high performance standards around all aspects of ramp and baggage handling, meeting the requirements of our customers and maintaining health and safety and overall good working practices in accordance to company policies and procedures at all times.

Main accountabilities include

  • Loading & unloading aircraft.
  • Using either BRS or manual bingo cards while working in BSA.
  • Crew room, office and vehicle cleaning as requested.
  • Assist Leads, Duty Managers & Management in ensuring the workplace is a safe environment to work.
  • Airside Driving.
  • Aircraft Turnaround (all associated duties).
  • Operate any GSE as requested.
  • Utilise any new technology introduced to enhance the operation.
  • Complete any necessary paperwork relating to the turnaround.
  • Take care of and report any damage to company property.
  • Sign in and out any company property as requested
  • Any Deicing duties requested.
  • Loading and unloading of blankets pillows to/from aircraft.
  • Management of stock and make up of Aircraft kits.
  • Cleaning of Aircraft Exterior and Interiors, including deep cleaning, turnaround cleaning and intermediate cleaning.

  • Inform their manager / supervisor of any work situation, equipment or activity that represents a serious or immediate danger to health and safety.
  • Report any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents or dangerous occurrences to their manager / supervisor, who will then follow the procedures contained in this manual.
  • Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
  • Fully understand the company health and safety policy.
  • Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.
  • Engage with MORSE and follow our code principles.
Qualifications and experience

  • Good verbal communication.
  • A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history.
  • Valid Passport
  • Proof of National Insurance
  • Proof of address
  • Full and valid UK Driving Licence
  • Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance
