Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a. As a care assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in a care home setting.

Duties:

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team
Document care provided accurately and timely

Requirements:

Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
Experience in home care or similar role is preferred
Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
