Part time staff 8-16 hours per week Chesca is leading plus size ladieswear brand that has shops and concessions throughout the U.K.

We are opening in Swindon Designer Outlet shortly and we are recruiting a new team to work in our new store that opens imminently.

We are looking for a Sales Assistants with energy, enthusiasm and passion for beautiful clothes. We are about customer service and accentuating the positive.

We make retail personal, it's not about transactions, it's about the people. You will focus on customers, product presentation and service, what's great about the product and why.

To that end you will be:

Dealing with customers and selling
Performing all daily store needs for effective customer service.
Coordinating with the store manager.
Aiming to meet daily targets.
Performing work in support of brand plans.

Requirements for the position include:

Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
Enthusiasm and passion about fashion and customer service.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Willingness to spend time with each customer.
