An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA to the CEO & HR / Office Administration Coordinator to join a dynamic and international business in London.
About the Company:
Since 1994, the company has been helping the global financial community to make informed decisions with high quality securities reference data, corporate actions, end of day pricing and economic data services.
About the Role:
This is an important role which will provide effective HR and office administration support to their international business.
Reporting directly to the CEO and the Chief of Staff, they are seeking to recruit a versatile individual with excellent administrationmanagement skills.
Your experience in BRIGHTHR, office management and health & safety will be advantageous, as well as a good knowledge of Excel.
Well-organised and flexible, you will be offered the opportunity to join a diverse workforce working at pace toachieve our business goals.
In addition, the job holder under the direction of the Chief of Staff, will provide HR administrative support to international offices such as Morocco and India and any other offices.

Essential Skills:
- Excellent administration management skills
- Experience in, office management, health & safety
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to maintain accurate data in HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in stakeholder management
- BRIGHTHR
- Knowledge of ISO requirements
- Experience in talent management
