FIND are a specialist recruitment business serving the Skills & Apprenticeships market.

We're currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager / Senior Account Manager for a leading Apprenticeship provider.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of 17 clients who have c350 learners enrolled on Apprenticeships.

You aren't accountable for growth or sales, this role is a service delivery role, ensuring the coaches & trainers are adding value, the learners areprogressing on their program and there's issues to sort.

You may have been an Ops Manager or Account Manager in the past.

Experience in the Financial Services apprenticeship market would be advantageous.

Role responsibilities:

Overall responsibility of apprenticeship programme delivery, reporting into the Head of Apprenticeships
Ensuring all applicable policies and procedures are in place, in accordance with apprenticeship rules and are audit compliant.
Ensuring a seamless onboarding of apprentices across all programmes and offboarding at end of programmes
Managing the Management Information System and eportfolio systems and overseeing the Individualised Learner Record process on a monthly basis
Helping to design and develop a quality apprenticeship solution for our clients and apprentices
Main liaison for the client, ensuring all client requirements are met
Collaborate with Functional Skills delivery organisations and End Point Assessment Organisations
Compiling and producing routine progress reports and report on key metrics and data

Location: 2 days in London, 3 days from home.

Salary & Benefits:

- £45,000 - £50,000
