Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting a Social Creative Director for our well-established client in London.

My client is grown from strength to strength over the last few years and is looking for like-minded focused people to join their team.

Responsibilities of a Social Creative Director:
Lead and support the creative process for IRL, digital content and social-first PR campaigns.

Use your own experience to understand strategies and drivers of our clients business, whilst being able to shape and direct the work we do for them.

Develop client relationships through education and pitching of innovative content ideas.

To be confident in giving clients advice on projects.

Build and manage a team to deliver content.

Coach and inspire the development of your team.

Role of a Social Creative Director:
You are responsible for owning client engagements, delivering client satisfaction through your creativity.

Managing your team to help them develop their careers, win and grow our client accounts.

Track and record of managing the creative process for IRL, digital content and social-first PR campaigns.

To be confident in giving clients advice, and able to deal with rejection.

Track and record of supporting marketing and new business to support agency growth.
