Job Summary:
Ting Thai is hiring for the summer extravagansa coming it's way. With the restaurant and annual TT HQ Pop up getting readied for the masses of Edinburgh fringe festival goers to visit, as well as our special pop up in the heart of the fringe at Assembly George Square Gardens - we expect to be busy and are looking to recruit strong hospitality folks to get involved

We are specifically looking for a fun and energetic supervisor with experience working with food and drinks.

Must be able to adapt to which of our outlets you might be working in, and have a good understanding of quality customer service.

Also helpful if you like Thai food


Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage catering staff, providing guidance and support in all aspects of food production and service
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare food, and ensure timely delivery
• Supervise bartending services and maintain high standards of beverage presentation
• Assist in food production when necessary, ensuring quality and consistency
• Oversee event setup, service, and cleanup to meet client expectations
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the catering or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff effectively
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Previous experience in supervising cooks or staff in a hotel or catering setting

Pay:
£28,500.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
