Description

We are delighted to be recruiting for a talented CRM Officer to join our Growth team.

In this varied role you will be responsible for coordinating post-launch CRM support, will act as database administrator for Mary's Meals International and will provide support to our international network of National Affiliates.

Other key areas of responsibility include:

Maintain accurate and robust data across our CRM systems.
Provide postlaunch support to National Affiliates in relation to CRM enquiries.
Support the CRM Engagement Manager with CRM documentation and training content development and delivery.
Work in close collaboration with colleagues in our Technology & Projects team & National Affiliates to improve and develop system functionality.
Develop CRM reports and dashboards for use across the organisation including our National Affiliates.
Support the CRM Engagement Manager in delivering Salesforce CRM throughout the National Affiliate network.
Build relationships with key stakeholders including across the National Affiliate network.
Be a champion for CRM across the organisation and drive continuous improvement.

With experience of working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, you will bring strong data management, analysis and migration experience.

You will be a fantastic communicator, with experience of change management and the ability to provide great user support and develop others in CRM best practice.

Experience of working in a non-profit would be fantastic but not essential.
