The Role / Company:

Major Players are working with an award winning creative content agency who produce exciting campaigns across a variety of global clients They are looking for an experienced Podcast Producer to manage end-to-end podcast and content production from concept, record, edit, to delivery, as well as keeping tight communication with their exciting Photography client This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives off of creating exciting global content, and enjoys working within a close-knit agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the podcast production process from briefing through to delivery
including concept, record and edit
Manage content production alongside the podcast i.e. social, video, photography
Actively follow content calendar and briefs to meet timeline and budget requirements
Own and maintain responsibility to source and brief guests and talent
Act as a brand advocate and actively manage client communication by actively updating on process and any adds, moves or changes
Report into the Client Director on any project updates
Work closely with the production and creative teams ensuring deliverables are met at the highest standard
Communicate clearly with the client, ensuring concept and recording fits brief
Independently manage recording and editing process both inhouse and remote
Manage and clearly identify resource required to meet pipeline, project standards, ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered
Ensure project budgets are quoted efficiently, consistently tracked, flagging any issues and reconciliation when needed
Key Requirements 2+ years' podcast production experience
Experience within a creative agency environment
Confident recording and editing knowledge across audio
Strong communicator
Keen eye for detail
Enthusiasm for Podcasts & Photography
Highly organised and comfortable multitasker
Strong financial understanding across budget handling
Salary & Benefits:
£33k-£37k per year + Bonus
