Do you have previous experience or looking for your first step into managing a successful workshop? Are you looking for a new challenge within a successful and growing dealership supported by a strong management team? If so, then Jaguar Land Rover at Reading are looking for you

Please note, salary advertised is basic only. There is a bonus on top with OTEs in excess of £50,000.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as Overtime, 8.30am to 1pm.

About the role:


  • Allocate work to Technicians ensuring work standards and time scales are always achieved
  • Liaise with Service Advisors when repairs are likely to take longer than previously agreed, ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times.
  • Ensure all work is completed in the allocated time to achieve high productivity within the workshop.
  • Report and seek advice on any problems highlighted whilst work is being conducted so that these may be overcome, and the customer kept informed where delays result
