WHAT is a market & business intelligence advanced apprenticeship?
- it is not business admin or marketing (as the title may suggest)
- it is not repetitive or robotic 'same thing every day'

Right now, at Bosch we are revolutionising the ways in which we engage with our customers, as well as the systems around this.

Your role as an MBI apprentice will be fundamental in progressing this project.

You will work with colleagues across the business (nationally and globally) to make sense of topics, all whilst developing your own skills and learning first-hand how a global, market leading entity makes change to improve its' own capabilities.


Other responsibilities:

  • Priority topics will be agreed, and you will investigate by sourcing intelligence in multiple forms such as feedback, data and research
  • Create conclusions and recommendations to share with stakeholders
  • Become proficient with highly capable analytic technologies
To summarise, this role is about working with people, building your network is key to success. You'll become a visible, valuable member of the business and work to develop a strong reputation with all colleagues.

Desired skillset:


Proficient skills in MS Excel as a starting point, with experience / knowledge of more capable tools such as Tableau, Alteryx being beneficial.

Be target orientated, and able to meet deadlines.

Strong organisational skills.


If you have a university (academic) education, (studies in Business Strategy, Economics, Finance, Business administration, Computing or similar can be very useful), tell us how your degree would support you in this role.


If you chose the non-university path, tell us about your studies / experiences and how your skills would be relevant to this role.

Additional Information

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon - Thurs and Fri with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
