About the business:


Our client is the largest manufacturer of PVCu vertical sliding sash windows in Europe and exclusive manufacturers of ECOSlide sash windows, supplying trade only.


Roles & Responsibilities:

To work as part of a Team who provide Quotes and Order Support for New and Existing Business Clients supporting Sales and ensuring Order Satisfaction

  • To engage quickly with customers and build a rapport which leads to a positive outcome
  • To work with the Team to achieve set Sales Targets in a busy environment track performance and identify areas for improvement whilst taking appropriate actions to achieve your goals
  • To gain understanding of Industry Specific Software which enables accurate and timely responses to Customer requests
  • To provide regular updates around Customer Activity through clear communication coordinating with other departments
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service providing a friendly, helpful and responsive support which ensures that new and existing customers have a positive experience

Skills & Requirements:


  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Enthusiastic, Energetic Approach to work
- eager to take the extra step to providing exceptional Customer Service

  • Adaptable and Confident
  • IT Literate including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in the window industry advantageous but not necessary
  • 1 years sales environment experience preferred

Salary, Benefits & Hours:

Annual salary is £24k

This is a temp to perm position

8am to 5pm Mon-Fri with 1 hour break per day
