WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Overall Responsibility for the project management of a disrepair legal claim brought against the Housing Association. Overseeing works in line with Scott Schedule and analysing risks associated with Housing Health Safety Rating System (HHSRS). Liaising with independent 3rd party experts and providing key updates to the Disrepair team.

This is a Full Time, Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, working 36.25 hours per week.


WHAT WILL THE RIGHT PERSON LOOK LIKE?


You should demonstrate a positive attitude to change with a proven track record of managing Section 11 disrepair protocol to conclusion.


The right person will also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to build excellent relationships with people from all walks of life.
