We are looking to hire a number of hard working individuals for one of our major clients - an innovative Waste Management Company, who take great care of their employees.


As an Industrial Operative, you will be working in a full time (temp to perm) position as part of an exceptional team.

You will be responsible for picking materials off of a picking line in a professional manner.


The Job Role

  • Manual labour off a picking line/conveyor
  • Ensure materials are separated to meet the required standards of the markets as directed.
  • Hand pick individual materials off the sorting conveyor as directed.
  • Ensure the work area is kept in a clean and tidy condition during and at the end of the working day.

Job Spec.

  • Day Pay £10.65 ph (Inclusive holiday pay)

    Monday to Friday Shifts

  • 12week temp perm shifts available.

Essential requirements

  • Hi viz and Safety boots required.
  • No Qualifications Required, as full training will be provided.
  • Strong, Fit and hard working.
  • Reliable.
  • Good Attitude.
