Raby Road Dental Centre is a modern 6 surgery dental practice that has been refurbished and modernised to a high standard.

Complete with new equipment, new surgeries, upgraded computer systems and striving for efficiency, we want to provide every patient with an exceptional patient journey.

The position involves working along side another receptionist. The practice comprises of 6 dentists, 2 therapists and 16 additional staff including dental nurses, TCO and reception team. We are a sociable team and looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated receptionist to join our team

Patient Coordinator:
Work alongside the treatment coordinator to book consultations and to ensure a smooth patient journey. Work within our coordination team to convert patients from enquiries to sales. Communicate with patients and provide support where needed.

Job Role Duties

Attract and Manage enquires from patients through digital marketing, social media and events.
Track and monitor the success of marketing activities
Deliver the best patient journey and manage end to end treatment
Help patients to understand all private and cosmetic dental treatment options available to them and generate sales.
Take and record payments using a variety of payment options
Intra oral scans for lab work and Invisalign
