One of the UKs market-leading and well-known Building Consultancies are now seeking an intelligent and personable Building Surveyor to join their Northampton team.


The Building Surveyor role


Due to the continuous growth of this practice, they are now looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their Northampton Building Consultancy team.


The successful Building Surveyor will be working on a wide range of professional services including dilapidations, feasibility studies, pre-acquisition surveys, planned preventative maintenance, defect diagnosis, measured surveys and reinstatement cost assessments.


Alongside this, the Building Surveyor will gain experience working on construction projects such as repairs, refurbishments, new build developments, maintenance schemes and fit-outs.

This is a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is keen to take on more professional responsibilities and develop their career


The Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • MRICS ideally
  • Consultancy background
  • Relevant Building Surveying experience
