The post holder is an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) Nurse/AHP/Paramedic, who will act as a clinical leader within the Acute Medical and Same Day Emergency Care service.

They will demonstrate safe, senior clinical decision-making by autonomously assessing non-elective patients.


As a senior member of the team, you will also play a pivotal role in the operational development of the acute floor.

They will initiate, manage and drive change within the acute floor, innovating changes in practice for the benefit of patient care in line with current trust and local programmes
