Position Description

CGI are looking for a skilled App Specialist (IdAM) to join our Central Government business unit, working in a tight-knit team on projects that keep the UK public safe.

This role will be primarily based out of our Reading office, operating a hybrid working model with the opportunity to work remotely as well.

All applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Security Check (SC) level.
Your future duties and responsibilities

You'll be a positive contribution to an important sector that keeps citizens safe, working in an environment that enables our client to maintain high levels of critical work.

With the ability to work to agreed timescales, you will be taking part as an App Specialist (IdAM), part of a wider team supporting and developing significant functional changes to a complex secure system.


You will be responsible for:

  • Building, configuring and integrating software
  • Deployment
  • Working under the direction of a team leader in accordance with defined project processes and procedures
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Experience with the following is needed:

  • Nginx
  • Redhat
  • SSO
  • OpenLDAP
  • WebLogic
