Salary:
MPR/UPR (£30,000 to £46,525) + SENDCo Allowance £2384 - £4703

Start date:
September 2024

We are looking for an enthusiastic SENCo to join our strong staff team. We are a two
- form entry school. This role will involve three days release and two days of teaching commitment. You will be able to provide a strategic vision to the school's SEN provision and ensure all staff have the knowledge, skills and understanding they need to provide high quality teaching and learning opportunities to all children.

Tollgate is committed to working with our families and the local community to develop the children's academic and social skills.

We offer a warm and welcoming environment with a dedicated staff team who are supportive of one another. There is a clear vision for school development to improve outcomes for all pupils.

As SENDCo, you will be a valuable part of our Senior Leadership team and be involved in the strategic direction of the school.

Tollgate was graded 'good' by Ofsted in October 2023 with inspectors noting that the children are happy, safe and well cared for.

They also commented on the accurate identification of need and the careful adaptions made by staff to help children succeed.
