Description

The Local Authority are seeking a legal assistant to join the team to work with clients to complete the execution of contracts.


Duties shall include:


  • Ensuring that the details of the particular winning bidder and their bid are accurately reflected in the final written contract
  • Understanding the nature of the particular contract and how it will work in practice
  • Organising tender documentation to ensure the specific and relevant material is included in the final version
  • Arranging sealing and signing by the contractor and the Council of the final contract
