Rhondda Cynon Taf Educational Psychology Service (EPS) is a large service supporting young people, their families and schools across a diverse geographical area.

The EPS is committed to working together with parents/carers, schools and partner agencies to help all children and young people to 'build a better future'.

The service works extensively at a strategic and systemic level but also therapeutically with individual children and young people. Team members are actively engaged in multi-agency work, interdisciplinary work, project work and action-based research.


You will enjoy working with a large, friendly team of fully qualified Educational Psychologists, who have a wide range of interests and expertise.

The team is flexible in its approach to meeting diverse community needs.

The team currently has a number of specialist subgroups in relation to autism, Critical Incident response, SpLD and team members are encouraged and supported to develop specialist interests and work closely with colleagues in partner agencies.

Applicants must be professionally qualified and registered with the HCPC.
