Description
Whether you want to work in the office all of the week or very infrequently, you know you want to work for an accountancy firm which values your work and trusts you to deliver on deadlines, even when you're not visible.
Your extensive bookkeeping experience, handling multiple clients at any time, means you're confident in producing high-quality work and fairly self-sufficient.
You'll be producing a full set of accounts, liaising with your clients to handle any queries or locate missing information, and working autonomously.
If you're someone who likes being in the office every day and having a friendly team around you, you can have that.
Even the majority of work done from home is acceptable for someone with your experience.
Expect to be busy, doing interesting work across a varied client portfolio using Xero and other accounting software.
This is a business with several offices, with your closest likely in central Cambridge.
When and if you wish to visit the office there is some parking on-site, or you'll find it easy to use the guided bus and other public transport.
You'll get 33 days holiday including bank holidays and your working hours can be a little flexible.For example, 9 am to 5.30 pm with a one-hour lunch break, 9 am to 5 pm with a 30-minute lunch or 8.30 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
