Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a Receptionist to join our front of house team in Lichfield.

This role will suit someone who enjoys a varied workload, with time being equally split between assisting the Board of Directors, as well as managing all Reception duties.


The Role:


  • Diary management, coordination and logistics.
  • Arranging travel across the UK.
  • Dealing with correspondence (private and confidential).
  • Collating and preparing information.
  • Printing and editing documents in various formats (i.e Word and PDF).
  • Running general errands for the Directors.
  • Organising refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Assisting the Head of Procurement with administrative tasks, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Helping to coordinate annual events e.g., Christmas and birthdays.
  • Administration tasks such as ordering office supplies, scanning and filing documents

Your skills:


  • Driving licence and own car is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to prioritise tasks & workload according to importance
  • Is adaptable and can liaise with all members of staff and key stakeholders up to Director level
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and cando attitude
  • Excellent writing & wording skills
  • Be able to use Microsoft Packages with ease
  • Experience in handling multiple tasks with varying degrees of urgency.
